The state of Pennsylvania presented John A. Evans with a law license in 1983

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to disclose material fact to third party
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to take appropriate action to avoid aiding in client’s fraudulent act

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Johnny practices at 113 Wilson Drive in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania.
