Attorney John Larason of Morrisville, PA; ethical goblin

The state of Pennsylvania presented John M. Larason with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Penn State University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) has found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Submitted false document to bankruptcy court judge
• Filed different schedules with bankruptcy court vs. district court
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Knowingly falsified evidence
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Johnny practices 1465 Makefield Road in Morrisville, Pennsylvania.
