Attorney Henry Curtis of Louisville; repeat offender

The state of Kentucky presented Henry J. Curtis with a law license in 1979.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Hank guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
  • Failed to comply with client’s requests for information
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Hank!)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Hank’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously disciplined for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (June 2014), Hank practices at 4220 North Western Parkway in Louisville, Kentucky.
