Judge James Jensen of Toledo, Ohio; one of the good guys
Judge James Jensen is a sitting judge on the LucasCounty Common Pleas Court in Toledo, Ohio. Judge James Jensen is yet another judge in Toledo who has been forced to sit on a case wherein Toledo attorney David R. Pheils, Jr. has attempted to defraud him by prosecuting sham/fabricated claims against the Watchdawg.
In the face of his acknowledged contempt for attorney David R. Pheils, Jr. and his inherent admitted knowledge that Pheils was the most corrupt attorney to have ever practice law in Northwest, Ohio, Judge James Jensen was able to put aside these biases and rule in Pheils favor and against me on several occasions. Of course I must admit in hindsight that Judge James Jensen was correct on the law in ruling against me and in favor of Pheils.
For exhibiting such ethical behavior, Judge Jensen deserves to be applauded.
