Attorney John Tinder of Broomfield, CO; lying loser

The state of Colorado provided John William Tinder with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Repeatedly lied to bankruptcy trustee about availability of funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t actually mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.
