Attorney Ralph Blagg of Clinton, AR; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arkansas presented Ralph John Blagg with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Ralph guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to properly communicate with client
  2. Failed to comply with client’s request for information
  3. Knowingly made a false statement of material fact to a tribunal
  4. Knowingly disobeyed an obligation owed to a trial court
  5. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Ralph’s first bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misconduct sitting on the Committee for Professional Conduct punished Ralph by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Ralph practices with the Blagg Law Firm in the Clinton, Arkansas area.
