Attorney Tona Demers of Bryant, AR; repeat offender

The state of Arkansas presented Tona Marie Demers with a law license in 1991.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Linda guilty of the following misconduct.

Tona’s 5^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Disobeyed Supreme Court orders on at least two occasions
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Caused numerous delays in processing client’s appeal

In addition to the misconduct aforementioned, Tony previously received a three (3) complimentary reprimands and one (1) complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misconduct sitting on the Committee for Professional Conduct punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Linda practices at 28 Arcadia Circle in Bryant, Arkansas.
