The Arizona State Bar found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.
Paulie’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
In one matter, Paulie was the defendant in a legal malpractice lawsuit. After he settled the matter, Paulie sent threatening emails to the plaintiff’s attorneys using an assumed name. When Paulie’s identity was exposed, he was criminally convicted of harassment, a class one misdemeanor.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

In one matter, Paulie was criminally convicted of one count of impersonating a police officer, a class 1 misdemeanor. The conviction came about during an incident during which Paulie was observed driving a white Ford Crown
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand for his second criminal conviction.
