Attorney Clarence Mulligan of Chandler, AZ; ethical misfit

The state of Arizona presented Clarence Mulligan with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Clarence guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Improperly used trust account for the sale of stock for two clients
  • Failed to safeguard client property
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Clarence!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Clarence by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2014) Clarence practices at 3165 Alma School Road in Chandler, Arizona.
