Attorney Georgina Sierra of Redmond, WA; ethical misfit

The state of Washington presented Georgina Darlene Sierra with a law license in 1987.

The Washington State Bar found Georgina guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to cooperate with disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Georgina!)
2. Failed to safeguard client property
3. Failed to preserve identity of client funds
4. Failed to properly supervise non-attorney staff
5. Failed to deposit client funds in identifiable trust account
6. Failed to keep complete trust account record
7. Failed to perform required monthly reconciliations of trust accounts
8. Improperly disbursed excessive funds to client and/or third party 

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Georgina by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Georgina practices with the Law Office of Georgina D. Sierra PLLC at 8201 164^th Avenue NE in Redmond, Washington.
