Attorney Kristina Usry of King George, VA; ethical misfit

The state of Virginia presented Kristina Kittle Usry with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Kristina guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kristina found it acceptable to knowingly violate the rules by communicating with someone that she absolutely knew was represented by counsel

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Kristina by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
