Attorney Timothy Wall of Fredericksburg, VA; ethical gremlin

The state of Virginia presented Timothy James Wall with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to communicate with clients
• Failed to cooperate with ethics agency (Up Yours, said Timmy!)
• Failed to refund unearned fees in divorce case (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2014), Timmy practices with The Law Office of Timothy J. Wall at 150 Riverside Parkway in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
