Attorney Douglas Welder of Kelowna, BC; ethical dwarf The Law Society presented Douglas Warren Welder with a law license in 1981 after graduated from The Disciplinary Committee of the Bar Society found Doug guilty of the following misconduct. Doug found it represent a client in a legal matter despite the fact that in doing so he waging against the best interests of a former client. In engaging in an obvious conflict of interest, Doug also failed to obtain the informed consent of the former client as to the conflicting representation. As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Committee punished Doug by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. . As we speak (ca.
