Attorney Daniel Nicolini of Tucson; ethical leprechaun

The state of Arizona presented Daniel A. Nicolini with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to act with due diligence
  2. Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
  3. Failed to adequately advise client of status of legal matter
  4. Failed to respond to repeated calls from client
  5. Failed to timely respond to ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Danny!)
  6. Failed to provide contracted for services on behalf of client
  7. Failed to timely return client file to client after being fired

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary probationary term of two years.

As we speak (ca. May 2014) Danny practices at 4709 North Paseo de Los Cerritos in Tucson, Arizona.

Caution: Danny does not carry legal malpractice insurance
