Today’s “Rodney Dangerfield” Award Winner

This isn’t the first Award presented to Matty and/or his Daddy Rev. John Hagee. In the past, he and/or his Daddy has been the recipient of four (4) Awards in various categories. Those awards are listed at the end of this article and can be viewed by going to the listed categories.

Matty is the son of Rev. John Hagee, a right –wing zealot who relishes in fleecing his followers by charging exhobitant prices for books on The John Hagee Ministries website. Matty is evidence that the avocado doesn’t fall far from the tree.

During a recent (05/06/14) rant on the Hagee Comedy Hotline, Matty called on conservative Christians to become more “spiritually violent” in fighting against things such as gay marriage and abortion because secularists who support such things have “become violent with people of faith.”

During his comedy skit, Matty said he couldn’t rejoice at the recent Supreme Court ruling upholding prayer at government meetings because it wasn’t an 8 to 1 decision. He went on to say that since it was a 5 to 4 decision it meant “we have one liberal judge to get rid of” because one vote the other way would have been disastrous.

The Matty the Comic went on to say:

• “Its absolute nonsense for us to be debating the value of Bullshit, I’m sorry I mean prayer.”
• “It is absolute nonsense to even be having debates over issues like gay marriage and abortion..”
• The reason such debates are happening is because Christians are not being “intrusive enough to make sure that our faith is established in our culture.”
• As a result, secularists have “become violent with people of faith” and Christians need to fight back.

In his final comedic rant, Matty said:

• “There is value in spiritual violence, and it is time that you considered the role that you are playing or not playing and whether or not its time for you to become more aggressive in your beliefs.”

Of course becoming more aggressive in Matty’s world means to aggressively open your wallet or purse and send in even more contributions to Matty and/or his Daddy so they can continue to live like potentates.

Congrats Matty; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Standup Comedians”; you are far too humble.
