The Attorney Disciplinary Commission found Steve guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly misled (lied) to client in order to generate fees
• Falsely billed a client by charging for depositions he didn’t attend
• Falsely billed client for work done by an attorney who he knew had never performed any work on the client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Attorney Disciplinary Commission punished Steve by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2014) Steve practices at 4 Croydon Lane in Oak Brook, Illinois.
