Attorney Hillary Dewhirst of Knoxville, TN; ethical misfit

The state of Tennessee provided Hillary Ellen Dewhirst with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Hillary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Hillary by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. September 2014) Hillary practices at 401 Highland Hills Road in Knoxville, Tennessee.
