Attorney Raymond Massucco of Bellow Falls, VT; ethical leprechaun

The state of Vermont presented Robert S. DiPalma with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Albany Law School.

The Vermont Bar Court found Ray guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a client’s estate matter
• Charged excessive fees (crook)

Ray’s negligence caused estate heirs to experience unnecessary stress, anxiety and emotional turmoil as well as extensive litigation in probate court.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Ray by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Ray practices with the Massucco Law Offices, P.C. at 90 Westminster Street in Bellow Falls, Vermont.
