Attorney Stephen Annand of Clarksburg, WV; ethical dwarf

The District of Columbia presented Stephen Darley Annand with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Washington & Lee University Law School.

The DC Bar Counsel found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep clients informed as to status of legal matter
• Failed to explain matter necessary to allow client to make informed decisions re: representation
• Faield to take necessary steps to protect client’s interests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Stephen by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Stephen practices with Mullens and Mullens PLLC at 120 South Second Street in Clarksburg, West Virginia.
