Attorney William Bennett of Washington DC; unethical Dufus

The District of Columbia presented William J. Bennett with a law license in 1998.

The District of Columbia Court of Appeals found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to communicate basis for legal fee in writing

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the District of Columbia Court of Appeals punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary informal admonition.
