Attorney Claudette Winstead II of Washington DC; ethical misfit

The District of Columbia presented Claudette M. Winstead II with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The DC Bar Counsel found Claudette guilty of the following misconduct.

Claudette found it acceptable to send out numerous letters and other documents falsely indicating that she was authorized to practice law in Maryland when she absolutely knew she was not.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Bar Counsel punished Claudette by gifting her with a complimentary informal admonition.

As we speak (ca. April 2014), Claudette practices at 1425 K Street NW in Washington, D.C.
