Fox Reporter Tracey Byrnes: Today’s “Tina Fey” Award Winner
Tracey is employed as a business reporter for the Fox News Comedy Network.
After a weekend oil spill in Galveston By that dumped 168,000 gallons of heavy crude, Tracey the Comic decided to provide some comedic relief by commenting on the matter. Tracey asserted that oil spills were just “distractions” — like Oreo cookies — that activists have used to delay building the Keystone XL pipeline.
On a recent 03/24/14) edition of the Varney & Co. Comedy Hour, comedian and guest host claimed to be more concerned about the threat to the fossil fuel industry than he was to the environmental damage caused by the Galveston Bay spill.

Charlie’s laughable comments were followed by Tracey saying:
“That’s all they are.”
“Much like anybody who wants to lose five pounds has a Oreo in front of them.”
“Just get rid of the Oreos, and you’ll be fine.”
“Same thing. Do the pipeline.”
