Attorney Gail Thalheimer of Brockton, MA; thieving loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Gail M. Thalheimer with a law license in 1996.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Gail guilty of the following misconduct.

• Intentionally misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Intentionally commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to comply with account record keeping requirements
• Represented two client simultaneously with conflicting interests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Board of Overseers punished Gail by ordering that she be disbarred. Subsequently, the comedians sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers reinstated Gail the Crook’s law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Massachusetts are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Gail was never criminally charged for grand larceny for repeatedly stealing client funds.

As we speak (ca. March 2016) Gail practices with Mark Novinsky at 400 West Street in Brockton, Massachusetts.
