Judge Donna Mills of New York City; lifetime porker, lying lush

The state of New York presented Donna Marie Mills with a law license in 1977 after she graduated from Hofstra University Law School.

From the time she received her law license in 1977 through 2014 (37 years), Donna has had her significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough. It is apparent that no self-respecting law firm in the greater New York City area was about to offer Donna a good paying job.

The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Donna guilty of the following misconduct.

While driving her Daddy’s Rolls-Royce, Donna slammed into several parked cars while she was driving drunk.

After being stopped by the police, Donna asked them:

• “Are you arresting me because I’m black?”
• “If I was a white male, this wouldn’t be happening.”

During her criminal trial, the Bronx County prosecutor told the jury that Donna was so boozed-up on Scotch after a 7 hour binge “that she reeked of alcohol and she couldn’t stand.”

The prosecutor asked the arresting officer how Donna’s comments made her feel, and she answered: “I’m a Hispanic women and my partner is black.”

At the disciplinary hearing, Donna admitted that her conduct in claiming the arresting officers were racists was not true.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the patron saints for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Donna by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Donna the Lying Lush remains sitting as a Loganville Municipal Court Judge.
