Attorney Charles Berry III of Seattle; repeat offender
The state of Washington presented Charles Nelson Berry III with a law license
in 1979.
The Washington State Bar found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.
- Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
- Engaged in unfair conduct towards opposing party and counsel
- Disobeyed a court order
- Improperly referred to judge’s rulings as “disgusting” and “shameful”
- Engaged in a pattern of misconduct during a jury trial
As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He previously
received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the
Washington State Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
As we speak (March 2014), Charlie practices with Berry & Beckett PLLP at 1708 Bellevue
Avenue in Seattle, Washington.
