The state of Kentucky presented Thomas Edwin Roberts with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

2. Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
3. Failed to protect client’s interests after being discharged
4. Lied to client that he was taking care of probate matter
5. Committed multiple violations of rules of professional conduct
