The state of Colorado presented Peter J. Young with a law license in 1990

The Disciplinary Counsel of Wyoming found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
2. Failed to properly pursue client case
3. Allowed client to believe claim letters had been sent when they weren’t
4. Lied several times to client that mediation had been set up
5. Delayed transferring client file to new attorney
6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of him misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court and the Colorado Disciplinary Counsel punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary censures.

As we speak (ca. March 2014), Pete practices with White and Steele, PC at 600 Seventeenth Street in Denver, Colorado.
