Attorney Norman Blais of Burlington, VT; repeat offender

The state of Vermont presented Norman R. Blais with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from St. Louis University Law School.

The Vermont Bar Court found Norm guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Repeatedly failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Nom!)
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Failed to provide accounting of fees to client

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Norm’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonishment for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Norm by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Norm practices at 288 College Street in Burlington, Vermont.
