The state of New Hampshire presented Robert R. Bennett with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of New Hampshire Law School.
The Professional Conduct Committee on Professional Standards found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.
- Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct and/or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so
- Failed to provide competent representation (Dufus)
- Failed to be properly prepared to represent client
- Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
- Failed to communicate with client
- Failed to explain legal matter to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions re: representation
- Improperly withdrew from representation of client
As a consequence of his misconduct his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Conduct Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
