Attorney Dennis Breen III of Tucson; ethical gremlin

The state of Arizona presented Dennis M. Breen III with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Fordham University Law School.

The Arizona State Bar found Denny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

1. Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
2. Engaged in a blatant conflict of interest
3. Misconduct involved multiple offenses
4. Failed to file corporate tax returns on client’s behalf
5. Conflict of interest damaged client in the sum of over $20,000

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Denny practices with Breen Olson & Trenton LLP at 4720 North Oracle Road in Tucson, Arizona.
