The state of Kansas presented Gary L. Conwell with a law license in 1982

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

Gary was charged with possession of cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Cocaine possession is a level 4, nonperson drug felony. Possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia are class A misdemeanors.

Subsequently, Gary entered into a Diversion Agreement with the DA regarding the criminal charges.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Gary practices with The Law Office of Gary L. Conwell at 434 South Topeka Blvd in Topeka, Kansas.
