The state of Kansas presented David McLane Bryan with a law license in 1996

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to respect the rights of third persons
2. Engaged in a conflict of interest
3. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
4. Revealed confidential client information
5. Failed to take necessary steps to protect client’s interests after discharge
6. Misconduct based on selfish and vindictive motives
7. Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Dave practices with the Consumer Legal Clinic, LLC at 748 Ann Avenue in Kansas City, Kansas.
