The state of Kansas presented Thomas Caleb Boone with a law license in 1982

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
2. Failed to amend complaint when required
3. Failed to comply with court orders
4. Failed to dismiss non-meritorious (frivolous) cases
5. Faield to expedite litigation
6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
