Attorney Barry Arbuckle of Wichita; ethical dwarf

The state of Kansas presented Barry L. Arbuckle with a law license in 1971

The Kansas Disciplinary Board found J. Gregory guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
  3. Failed to treat opposing counsel fairly
  4. Failed to cooperate with disciplinary board (Up Yours, said Barry!)
  5. Gross negligence led to client’s case being dismissed by federal court
  6. Failed to comply with court order re: discovery
  7. Failed to pay $250 court imposed sanction
  8. Failed to respond to opposing party’s motion to dismiss client’s lawsuit

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kansas Supreme Court punished J. Gregory by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) J. Gregory practices at 310 North Market in Wichita, Kansas.
