Attorney Carol Fredrick of McMinnville, OR; ethical misfit

The state of Oregon provided Carol J. Fredrick with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School.

The Oregon State Bar found Carol guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Improperly provided advice to third party
• Failed to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme Court punished Carol by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2014) Carol practices with Fredrick & Finch LLP at 2046 North Highway 99 West in McMinnville, Oregon.
