The state of
The Colorado State Bar found Frank guilty of the following misconduct.
Bergner found it acceptable to participate in a conversation with a client which was sexual in nature and which made the client uncomfortable.
When Bergner engaged in his offensive, inappropriate, and highly unprofessional conduct, the client was in the respondent's vehicle traveling to the client's dissolution of marriage hearing.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Frank by gifting him with a complimentary censure
As we speak (ca. February 2014), Frank practices with L. Frank Bergner, Jr. & Associates at 14001 East Marina Drive in Aurora, Colorado.
