Attorney Steven Barr of Colorado Springs; pervert, repeat offender

The state of Colorado provided Steven Johnson Barr with a law license in 1970 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Steven guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Steve found it acceptable to engage in sexual intercourse with a client he represented in a divorce action. This is called screwing the client in more than one way.

Steve’s client was particularly vulnerable at the time that he took advantage of her by having sex with her, a fact that Stevie obviously was well aware of.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Steve’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received three (3) separate complimentary admonitions and one censure for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Steven by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Steven at 5410 Powers Center Point in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
