Attorney Joseph Field of Anoka, MN; ethical leprechaun

The state of Minnesota presented Joseph Adam Field with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut Law School. 

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Joe guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Failed to maintain trust account records
2. Commingled client funds with personal funds
3. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
4. Misappropriated (stole) earnest money held in connection with three real estate transactions
5. Falsely certified compliance with maintaining proper records on three occasions

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Joe by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Joe practices with Field Law, P.A. at 2006 North First Avenue in Anoka, Minnesota.
