Attorney Robert Friday of Duluth; crook
The state of Minnesota presented Robert Carl Friday with a law license in 1999.
The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.
- Failed to act with due diligence
- Failed to communicate with client
- Made a misrepresentation (lied) to a trial court
- Billed client for services he did not perform (crook)
- Engaged in the unauthorized practice of law while license suspended
- Failed to timely file federal and state tax returns
- Lied to his client about work performed on client’s behalf
- Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Bobby!)
As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
As we speak (ca. February 2014), Bobby practices at 2006 North 51st Street in Duluth, Minnesota.
