Attorney William Bodensteiner of Austin, MN; ethical misfit

The state of Minnesota presented William L. Bodensteiner with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Valparaiso University Law School.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client re: custody matter
• Neglected client’s bankruptcy matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Billy practices at 202 West Oakland Avenue in Austin, Minnesota.
