Phil duped the voters in the greater Johnson City, Tennessee area into election him to the U.S. Congress in November 2008.

Prior to becoming a worthless member of Congress, Phil was a practicing OBGYN physician for 31 years.

During a recent (02/10/14) speech at the Heritage Foundation’s Conservative Comedy Policy Summit, Phil laughingly said that Obama’s health care law should not be able to force insurance companies to cover reproductive care for women because his was “fixed.”

Rodney went on to say:

• “I have been neutered, I’m sorry fixed. My wife has been spayed, I mean fixed.”
• “Both of us have determined if we thought we had to raise another kid right now, we would jump off the Capitol, head first into the parking lot face first. You go the idea, don’t want any more kids.”

Rodney whined that Obamacare forced him to buy pediatric dental coverage, pediatric vision coverage, infertility coverage and female reproductive coverage. Of course he didn’t complain about coverage provided for mental health.

And lastly, Rodney doesn’t pay anything for the Platinum health insurance policy provided to him by the taxpayers. Therefore, does anyone with half-a-brain really give a damn what Rodney has to say about healthcare?

Congrats Phil; keep up the good work! We should let everyone know of your amazing record as one of Americas Least Appreciated “Standup Comedians”; you are far too humble.
