Attorney Brian Dees of Springfield, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Brian Jay Dees with a law license in 1969. He also obtained a law license from Iowa in 1977.

The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

Brian neglected the appeals of two clients in two separate family law matters wherein the clients’ parental rights had been terminated.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Brian practices at 1035 South Second Street in Springfield, Illinois.
