Attorney Bruce Biagini of Macomb, IL; ethical leprechaun

The state of Illinois presented Bruce John Biagini with a law license in 1972. He also obtained a law license from Iowa in 1977.

The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Bruce guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bruce He advised clients to enter into a transaction where they would sell their father’s home to Mr. Biagini’s business partner, who was also related to Mr. Biagini’s wife.

Bruce further advised the clients to purchase the house from his business partner pursuant to a contract for deed.

Of course it goes without saying that Bruce the Loser failed to disclose the business and family relationship to his clients (victims).

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Bruce by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Bruce practices with Flack McRaven & Stephens at 32 West Side Square in Macomb, Illinois.
