Attorney Dennis Molock of Stuttgart, AR; ethical misfit

The state of Arkansas presented Dennis Rae Molock with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct Panel B found Denny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to file appellate record in accordance with the rules

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Denny by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (February 2014), Denny practices at 300 West 3^rd Street in Stuttgart, Arkansas.
