Attorney Gregory Ferguson of North Little Rock; repeat offender

The state of Arkansas presented Gregory Ferguson with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct Panel A found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.

  1. Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  2. Failed to provide competent services (Moron)
  3. Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interest after discharge
  4. Failed to cause client’s lawsuit to be properly served on defendant
  5. Client’s lawsuit dismissed due to Ferguson’s incompetence
  6. Failed to abide by client’s objectives
  7. Failed to provide client with written fee agreement as required
  8. Failed to return client file to client after being fired

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Greg’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Tree. He previously received two (2) separate complimentary reprimands for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (February 2014), Greg practices at 600 West 4th Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
