Attorney Floyd Thomas III of El Dorado, AR; ethical misfit

The state of Arkansas presented Floyd Mattison Thomas III with a law license in 2002.

The Committee on Professional Conduct Panel B found Floyd guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to abide by client’s instructions
• Failed to consult with client re: means to effectuate representation
• Failed to provide competent representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Floyd by gifting him with a complimentary Caution.

As we speak (February 2014), Floyd practices at 103 East Main Street in El Dorado, Arkansas.
