Attorney Rose Brondolino of Victoria, AUS; ethical gremlin

Rose Mary Brondolino was presented with a law license in 1984.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Rose guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Rose!)
• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Rose’s First Bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct. 

As a consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Rose by gifting her with a $2,500 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Rose practices with Brondolino & Co. at 84 Johnston Street in Fitzroy, Victoria, Australia.
