Stephen Andrew Blaker was presented with a law license in 1984.

The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found Stephen guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in unsatisfactory professional conduct
• Failed to advise client of filings of various court documents
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to advise client of several dealings with another client re: same matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal punished Stephen by gifting him with a public reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014), Stephen practices with Howman Blaker Harris Solicitors at 23 Percy Street in Portland, Victoria, Australia.
