Attorney Barbara Bonar of Covington, KY; lying loser

The state of Kentucky presented Barbara D. Bonar with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association (KBA) found Barb guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest involving two clients
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Made a series of false and misleading representations

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Andy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2014) Barb practices with the Law Office of B. Dahlenburg Bonar PSC at 3611 Decoursey Avenue in Covington, Kentucky.
