Attorney Robert Young of Pittsburgh; ethical dwarf

The state of Pennsylvania presented Robert G. Young with a law license in 1972.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Bobby failed to retain $6,000 entrusted to him by three clients in his client trust account. Instead, Bobby issued eight checks from the escrow account for personal purposes without ever obtaining authorization from his clients.

One of the checks was payable to the I.R.S. for $3,600 that represented Bobby’s personal income tax liability.

As a consequence of his of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2014) Robert practices at 300 Mount Lebanon Blvd in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
